We visited San Clemente California the end of January 2022. We stayed about 10 minutes from this town on the Pacific Coast of southern California. This is a neat little town with lots of interesting shops. The seafood restaurant on the pier was really good as was the Hawaiian restaurant in town. The state park and the pier are both great places to watch the sunset. The state park is a popular surfing spot and has a really nice beach.

There is a really nice campground at this beach as well as a lovely day use picnic area. This would be a super place to stay. I need to finish editing and will post more.
