Cloudland Canyon is on Lookout Mountain in Georgia. This is an absolutely gorgeous park with lots of roomy camping and miles of hiking. There are 2 rv campgrounds, one on the east rim and one on the west rim. I think the east rim is the best and that is where we stayed. We were close to the main trail head and day use picnic area. They had an interpretive center, park store (which was expensive), group meeting area, lots of cabins, and a disk golf area with a huge parking lot. It looks like they do tournaments there. We stayed 2 nights and hiked the waterfall trail (steep with 600 steps but worth it) and the overlook trail. We would have liked a couple more days to hike more of the trails. This is not a good park to bike because there is no room to get off the road. If you stay on the west rim you will want to drive to the trail heads. We really enjoyed sitting at the overlook watching the sunset and resting by the waterfalls before climbing back up the canyon. I enjoyed this park and recommend it.
